Dana to Hold Capital Markets Event in New York City on March 25

Dana Incorporated has disclosed that it will hold a Capital Markets Day on March 25 in New York City to present its strategic plan, Dana 2030. This initiative aims to outline the company’s long-term strategy and value-creation plans.

Key figures from Dana’s senior leadership team will participate in the event, including R. Bruce McDonald, Chairman, and CEO. The lineup also features Byron Foster, Senior Vice President, President of Light Vehicle Systems, and Incoming Chief Executive Officer, along with other senior leaders.

The focus of the Capital Markets Day will revolve around Dana 2030 and its objectives. The plan envisions achieving approximately $10 billion in annual sales by 2030, representing a substantial increase from anticipated 2026 sales figures. It also aims for adjusted EBITDA margins of 14 to 15 percent, showing an improvement of about 400 basis points through factors such as higher margin new business, operational efficiency, structural cost actions, and disciplined investments. Additionally, Dana plans to target an adjusted free cash flow margin of around 6 percent of sales, indicating a 200 basis-point enhancement. The company also aims to conduct share repurchases of up to $2 billion through 2030, building upon the $750 million already completed.
