Jesse’s primary focus will be on handling complex securities fraud cases for the institutional investor clients of the firm. He has a wealth of experience in overseeing all stages of litigation, from initial investigation to trial and will be actively involved in advancing the firm’s most critical securities cases.
Before coming to Labaton Keller Sucharow, Jesse served as a Partner at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP. During this time, he played a crucial role in the litigation teams for various significant cases that recovered more than $1 billion lost due to alleged corporate fraud and misconduct. Some of the notable cases he was involved in include In re Kraft Heinz Securities Litigation, In re Wilmington Trust Securities Litigation, Lord Abbett Affiliated Fund, Inc. v. Navient Corp., and In re Synchrony Financial Securities Litigation. Earlier in his career, Jesse worked as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, specializing in audit and accounting liability.
Jesse is a graduate of New York University School of Law, where he served as the Editor of the NYU Journal of Law and Business. Lauren A.
