S&W names new transactions director
S&W has recently appointed James Maclean as the director of its transaction services value creation team in London. With over 20 years of experience in audit, IFRS, and financial services deal advisory, James has held senior positions at reputable firms like PwC and KPMG. His expertise lies in banking, capital markets, fintech, and asset and wealth management, where he has advised boards on more than 100 transactions totaling over £30 billion.
Having worked closely with major UK banks and with recent involvement in enhancing value creation and execution strategy for a private bank, James brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role at S&W. His completion of the Oxford Saïd fintech program further solidifies his understanding of the ever-evolving financial landscape.
