Responsibilities for this position include breaking news stories and delivering exclusives. The reporter is expected to produce a minimum of eight stories per month, balancing short news articles with more in-depth investigative pieces. Collaboration with other team members and utilizing different storytelling platforms like audio, video, and social media will also be part of the role.
Ideal applicants will have at least 3 years of experience in technology or business journalism, with a strong track record in investigative reporting. They should possess excellent organizational skills and a clear, engaging writing style. The position is part of a guild, and the base salary is expected to be between $85,000-$110,000 based on various factors.
