AURELIUS to purchase Landis+Gyr’s EMEA metering business
AURELIUS has recently finalized an agreement to acquire Landis+Gyr’s EMEA metering business. Valued at $215 million, this transaction includes the full metering portfolio for residential electricity, ICG electricity, gas, thermal, as well as related integrated solutions for software and services and operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Landis+Gyr EMEA has a long-standing history dating back over a century, characterized by Swiss precision engineering.
