FTI Consulting has recently bolstered its SEC & Accounting Advisory offering by welcoming two former SEC enforcement staff members into its Risk & Investigations practice. He will offer expert consulting services in areas such as forensic accounting, fraud investigations, and litigation matters, particularly aiding clients facing inquiries by regulatory bodies like the SEC and the U.S. Department of Justice. Grover, who has been with FTI Consulting since 2009, specializes in complex SEC reporting and technical accounting advisory matters, handling events like mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, accounting restatements, and first-time-through audits across multiple industries.
