Taylor Wessing guides Regent in purchasing ContiTech’s business division
On August 29, 2025, Taylor Wessing provided guidance to Regent on its acquisition of ContiTech’s Original Equipment Solutions (OESL) Business Unit. OESL, a business unit that specializes in the development and manufacturing of hose lines and bearing components for both combustion engines and electric vehicles, has a global workforce exceeding 16,000 employees.
