Following the successful business combination between PowerUp Acquisition Corp. and Aspire Biopharma Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: ASBP) on February 17, 2025, Aspire Biopharma’s common stock and warrants will be traded on the Nasdaq Global Market and Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbols “ASBP” and “ASBPW,” respectively, starting from February 20, 2025.

The business combination, which received approval from PowerUp Acquisition Corp. stockholders on January 31, 2025, is expected to provide Aspire Biopharma with increased access to capital, assist in supporting its strategic growth endeavors, and help expedite the development of its innovative fast-absorbing aspirin for cardiac emergencies. This aspirin candidate is on track for fast-track FDA approval.
