Heritage Environmental names Thomas Schultz as new appointment

Heritage Environmental Services (HES) recently welcomed Timothy Thomas as their new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Coming from Trinseo PLC, where he held the position of senior VP of Manufacturing, Engineering, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Operational Excellence, Thomas brings with him a wealth of experience in driving productivity, cost reduction, and safety improvements. In his role at HES, he will be in charge of overseeing waste management operations, focusing on efficiency, regulatory compliance, and innovative customer solutions to drive operational success.

Joining Thomas is Patrick Schultz, who steps into the position of Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at HES. With his background as president and CEO of the Sustainable Industries and Buildings business unit at Veolia North America, Schultz brings expertise in strategic initiatives to foster growth at HES. Having led growth efforts at Veolia in the water, waste, and energy sectors in the U.S. and Canada, he has a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, business development, and innovation to drive the company forward.
