ATB Therapeutics Secures EUR 54 Million in Series A Financing with Baker McKenzie Guidance

Baker McKenzie recently provided legal counsel to ATB Therapeutics SA, a cutting-edge antibody company, in securing EUR 54 million in Series A financing. This funding will propel the development of groundbreaking oncology and immunology drug candidates based on ATB Therapeutics’ patented ATBioFarm platform. The financing was spearheaded by EQT Life Sciences, in collaboration with a group of investors including V-Bio Ventures, the Belgian Wealth Sovereign Fund SFPIM, VIVES Partners, Wallonie Entreprendre, and Sambrinvest.
