Lottery.com Receives Nasdaq Non-Compliance Notice for Delayed Q3 Filing

Lottery.com recently received a notice from Nasdaq on November 20, 2024, for not meeting the requirements of Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) by not filing its Form 10-Q for the period ending September 30, 2024 on time. Don’t worry, though! They have a solid plan in place to fix this. They have 60 days to send Nasdaq a compliance plan. If everything goes smoothly, they might get an extension until May 19, 2025, to get back on track. Lottery.com is working hard to submit the Form 10-Q as soon as they can, but the timing is still up in the air.
