Concentrix announces third quarter 2025 financial results

Concentrix has released its financial report for the third quarter of 2025, showcasing robust growth and a positive outlook for the remainder of the fiscal year. The company, a global leader in technology and services, communicated that its revenue for the third quarter ended August 31, 2025, stood at $2,483.3 million, reflecting a 4.0% increase compared to the same period in the previous year. On a constant currency basis, Concentrix achieved a revenue growth of 2.6%, surpassing initial projections and highlighting a strong demand for integrated solutions.

The third quarter of fiscal 2025 saw Concentrix deliver an operating income of $147.0 million, representing 5.9% of its revenue. This figure showed a slight decline compared to the prior year’s third quarter where the operating income was $153.2 million, equivalent to 6.4% of revenue. Similarly, non-GAAP operating income was reported at $305.1 million, accounting for 12.3% of revenue, in comparison to $331.0 million, which constituted 13.9% of revenue in the previous year’s third quarter.

Concentrix also shared that its Adjusted EBITDA for the period was $359.2 million, corresponding to 14.5% of revenue. This number exhibited a decrease from the Adjusted EBITDA reported in the third quarter of the previous year, which amounted to $388.1 million, or 16.3% of revenue. The company reported cash flow provided by operations of $224.8 million during the quarter, with Adjusted free cash flow totaling $178.8 million.

Furthermore, Concentrix reported a notable surge in diluted earnings per common share (EPS), reaching $1.34 for the third quarter of 2025, a significant increase from the $0.25 recorded in the same period in 2024. Likewise, the non-GAAP diluted EPS for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 was reported at $2.78, a slight decrease from the $2.87 recorded in the third quarter of the previous fiscal year.

Chris Caldwell, Concentrix’s President and CEO, expressed satisfaction with the company’s performance, attributing the growth momentum to its ability to provide innovative business transformation solutions globally. He emphasized Concentrix’s dedication to delivering value to its clients and shareholders by focusing on growth and enhancing its service offerings.

The company also highlighted its commitment to returning value to shareholders, announcing a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share payable on November 4, 2025. Additionally, Concentrix repurchased about 800,000 common shares during the third quarter at a cost of $42.2 million, with $495.1 million remaining in its share repurchase authorization as of August 31, 2025.

Looking ahead, Concentrix shared its business outlook for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2025. The company anticipates reported revenue for the fourth quarter to range between $2.525 billion and $2.550 billion, with operating income forecasted to be between $163 million and $173 million. For the full year, the company expects reported revenue to fall within the range of $9.798 billion to $9.823 billion, with operating income expected to be between $627 million and $637 million.

Concentrix also provided guidance on its non-GAAP EPS, cash flow projections, and plans to return value to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases, underscoring its commitment to sustained growth and profitability for investors.
