Shailesh Jejurikar Chosen as President and CEO of P&G

Shailesh Jejurikar has been appointed as the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Procter & Gamble Company, taking over from Jon Moeller, the current Chief Operating Officer. This transition is set to take effect on January 1, 2026, following Mr. Jejurikar’s nomination as Director at the annual shareholder meeting in October 2025.
