Nominations Open for Latin Lawyer Deal of the Year Awards
Are you ready to showcase your most standout deals of 2024? Nominations for Latin Lawyer’s annual Deal of the Year Awards are now open! Every year, Latin Lawyer recognizes outstanding law firms and general counsel involved in remarkable deals across Latin America. This year, winners will be selected in 11 different categories.
If you’ve been part of a noteworthy deal between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, we want to hear about it! Nominations for each category can be submitted on our website before the deadline on Friday, January 31st. It’s essential to note that this deadline is firm, so be sure to get your submissions in on time.
The Deal of the Year Awards ceremony will take place in São Paulo in May 2025, where winners will be honored. The awards aim to support clearinghouses throughout the region. Stay tuned for our daily news briefings where we will announce the shortlists for each category, with winners revealed on the awards night.
We are excited to present awards in various categories including mergers and acquisitions, project finance, capital markets, banking, ESG finance, disputes, restructuring, private equity, and regulatory. Deals based primarily in Latin America, closed within the specified timeframe, are eligible for submission.
