CRS 2026 Agenda Committee to be featured on ‘92.1 The Frog’ WFGF and PodcastOne
Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. has opened up the application process for the CRS 2026 Agenda Committee. Leading the Committee this year are Shelley Hargis from BMG/BBR Music Group as Chair, Krista Hayes-Pruitt also from BMG/BBR Music Group as Co-Vice Chair, and Kevin Callahan from Pamal Broadcasting as Co-Vice Chair for the first time. Applications must be submitted by April 18, with the requirement that applicants must be able to attend in-person planning sessions at the Virgin Hotel in Nashville from July 21-23 and must also attend CRS 2026, which is scheduled to take place at the Omni Nashville Hotel from March 18-20, 2026.
Woof Boom Radio’s country station ‘92.1 The Frog’ WFGF in Lima-Van Wert, OH is holding its annual St. Jude Radiothon fundraiser. The event spans two days with 13-hour shifts, all in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Morning show co-host Victoria Gonzalez shared in an article on the company’s Hometown Stations website about the remarkable services provided by the hospital, stating that all patients receive care free of charge, including food, housing, travel, and medical treatment. Once a patient at St. Jude, they are considered a patient for life, with all subsequent care and services covered by the hospital.
Parent company LiveOne of PodcastOne has received notice from the Nasdaq stock market regarding a possible delisting due to its stock price not maintaining a minimum bid price of $1 per share for 30 consecutive days. The company has been given 180 calendar days from March 28 to meet the compliance requirement of having a closing price of at least $1 per share for ten consecutive business days in order to avoid delisting. In response, LiveOne has stated in an SEC filing that it is currently monitoring the price situation and will assess available options to ensure compliance is met within the given timeframe.
