Henrik Nobel joins Bird & Bird’s Corporate team in Stockholm
International law firm Bird & Bird recently announced the addition of Henrik Nobel as a partner in their Corporate team based in Stockholm. With a strong background in M&A, Henrik brings a wealth of experience in handling cross-border transactions for both Swedish and international clients across various sectors such as Media, Entertainment & Sports, Tech & Comms, and Automotive industries. He is known for providing expert advice on complex M&A transactions, structuring, and reorganizations, often collaborating with specialist lawyers in areas like real estate, financing, tax, IP, capital markets, employment, and disputes.
Henrik comes to Bird & Bird from Lindahl law firm in Stockholm, where he served as a Partner and head of the Private M&A and Private Equity group. His appointment marks the second lateral partner hire of the year in Sweden, reflecting the firm’s strategic growth in the region and its commitment to expanding its international IP and Corporate teams. Mårten Willamo and Martin Folke, co-heads of Bird & Bird’s Sweden Office, expressed excitement about Henrik joining the team, emphasizing the increasing demand for corporate advice in the region and the alignment of his expertise with the firm’s growth objectives.
