Generational Group has successfully orchestrated the sale of SafetyCom, Inc. to Mobile Communications America. The deal was officially closed on January 29, 2025. Over the past 14 years, they have teamed up exclusively with RapidWarn/MCA to deliver advanced software control systems to their clientele.
Mobile Communications America, Inc., headquartered in Spartanburg, SC, is a leading provider of wireless communication solutions that elevate workplace safety, security, and efficiency. They are delighted to announce the acquisition of SafetyCom, Inc., a top-notch mass notification provider from North Little Rock. MCA offers a comprehensive range of wireless communication, data, and security solutions, such as two-way radio communications, vehicle upfitting, security systems, BDA/DAS, remote monitoring, GPS tracking, SCADA, dispatch, mass notification, and point-to-point wireless networks.
