Perkins Coie adds three partners to expand M&A and Private Equity practices
Perkins Coie recently made an announcement welcoming Kyle Fox, Richard Dusenbury, and John-Paul (JP) Haskins as partners in Texas to bolster the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity (PE) practices. Richard and JP have joined the Dallas office, while Kyle is now a part of the Austin office. The trio, previously with Greenberg Traurig, specialize in advising clients like private equity firms, venture-backed companies, and private businesses on mergers, acquisitions, financings, and other strategic deals.
