Positioned within the Strategic Finance division, the M&A Operations Intern will play a pivotal role in expanding Boomi’s platform through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. This involves conducting thorough market research, evaluating competitors, and analyzing potential customers to assess investment opportunities accurately. The role encompasses financial analysis, diligence pipeline creation, and valuation assessments, which are critical to the decision-making process during acquisitions and partnerships.
The intern will be involved in various research and analysis tasks to provide essential insights that will shape Boomi’s M&A strategy and growth plans. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, marketing, product, and engineering departments, the intern will gain an in-depth understanding of Boomi’s operational model and its cultural nuances.
