Class Action Lawsuit Against Vail Resorts for Park City Strike

0

A lawsuit has been filed against Vail Resorts by Illinois resident Christopher Bisaillon, regarding the Park City Mountain Resort ski patrol strike. Bisaillon is representing anyone who purchased a lift ticket during the strike, which lasted from December 27th to January 8th. This could potentially affect thousands of skiers.

The lawsuit claims that skiers did not receive the full experience they paid for during the 13-day strike. Only 20% of the mountain was open, and skiers faced up to 3-hour waits in lift lines. Bisaillon alleges that the digital trail maps from Park City Mountain advertised 30-minute wait times, but the reality was much different.

The plaintiffs are seeking damages in excess of $5 million. As more information becomes available, we will keep you updated on this developing story.
