Eric Erbeck Joins Carlsquare as Partner in Frankfurt – Expertise and Presence in M&A Expanded

Carlsquare has some exciting news to share! They are welcoming Eric Erbeck as a new Partner to their Frankfurt M&A team. Eric brings a wealth of experience from his time at Houlihan Lokey and GCA Altium. At Houlihan Lokey, Eric worked on some significant deals in the Global Technology Group, including the sale of bsi to Bregal Unternehmerkapital and the sale of beqom to Sumeru Equity Partners.

Prior to his investment banking roles, Eric co-founded a startup in Berlin and served as the Chief Revenue Officer. He played a key role in defining the startup’s market strategy, building a sales team, and securing financing.

Educationally, Eric holds a BSc in International Business from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, studied in London and Copenhagen, and earned an Executive MBA from Columbia Business School. With a strong background in working with clients across Europe, Eric brings a deep understanding of international markets to the Carlsquare team.
