Docebo CFO Sukaran Mehta Departing, Brandon Farber Named Interim CFO
Docebo, a Canadian company specializing in AI-powered learning solutions, recently announced that their Chief Financial Officer, Sukaran Mehta, will be leaving his role on February 28, 2025. Mehta is departing to pursue a leadership position in a private equity portfolio company outside the learning and education technology sectors. The company mentioned that Mehta will stay in his current position until February to help with a smooth transition while they search for a permanent replacement, considering both internal and external candidates.
In the meantime, Brandon Farber, who currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance, will step in as the Interim CFO. Alessio Artuffo, the President, and CEO of Docebo, expressed his gratitude for Mehta’s contributions over the past five years, emphasizing his role in driving growth and enhancing profitability and free cash flow. The company made it clear that Mehta’s departure is not linked to any disagreements about financial performance, practices, or disclosures, and they confirmed that their financial outlook remains consistent with what was previously announced in their Q3 earnings report.
Docebo is gearing up to reveal its Q4 results on February 28, 2025, before the market opens. Mehta also expressed his appreciation for the opportunity to be part of Docebo’s journey to becoming a global leader in the learning industry, while Artuffo highlighted the company’s positive momentum and strong position for growth moving forward.
