Charles Russell Speechlys recently welcomed Tun Zaw Mra as a new Partner in the Corporate team in Singapore. Tun brings over fourteen years of experience in advising on various corporate transactions in the UK, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. He specializes in M&A deals, investments, disposals, and joint ventures across both developed and emerging markets. Additionally, Tun has a particular focus on Real Estate, Energy & Natural Resources, and Financial Services sectors.

Prior to joining Charles Russell Speechlys, Tun was with Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (BCLP) and has a wealth of experience in helping Asia-based clients with investments in the UK/Europe and assisting global clients with their ventures in Asia. One of Tun’s notable achievements includes contributing to the drafting of the Myanmar Companies Law 2017.
