YSL RICO Defendant Files Class Action Lawsuit Against Fulton County Sheriff’s Office
The YSL RICO trial recently wrapped up, but the legal drama continues to unfold. According to FOX 5, Shannon Jackson, also known as Shannon Stillwell, a defendant in the case and affiliate of Young Stoner Life, along with former Fulton County Jail inmate Nkenegen Hambrick, have taken action by filing a class-action lawsuit against the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office. The lawsuit, lodged on December 24, names Sheriff Patrick Labat and Chief Jailer John Jackson as defendants, alleging that detainees have suffered due to the “serious harm by the cruel and unusual conditions of confinement.” The conditions cited include unsanitary living conditions, pervasive violence, deteriorating infrastructure, and overcrowding. The situation is one that raises concerns about the treatment of individuals in detention.
