Snow Lake Energy, a uranium exploration company, has just announced the pricing of a public offering of common shares. The company will be offering 18,750,000 shares at a price of US$0.80 per share, totaling approximately US$15,000,000 in gross proceeds. The offering is set to close on December 31, 2024, pending standard closing conditions.
