Sidley’s global finance team is getting stronger with the addition of Tania Bedi as a partner in London. Coming from Latham & Watkins, where she co-chaired the London Finance Department, Bedi brings a wealth of experience in advising sponsors, companies, and borrowers on intricate financing arrangements.
Her expertise extends to structuring and executing some of the most significant and complex finance deals in the European and London markets, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition finance, telecom finance, and more. She’s known for her work in drafting facilities agreements, inter-creditor deeds, and security documents.
