Forvis Mazars has recently made significant changes to its global leadership team. Hervé Hélias has been appointed as the new chair, while Pascal Jauffret takes on the role of CEO. This change comes after Forvis Mazars joined forces with Mazars earlier in the year, creating a combined firm with $4.7 billion in global revenues.

The firm is implementing a new governance model that includes a Group Governing Board (GGB) and a Group Executive Committee (GEC). Hervé Hélias, who has been with Mazars since 1986, will serve as the chair of the GGB, focusing on governance, strategy setting, and oversight. Pascal Jauffret, who joined the company in 1997, will be the CEO, responsible for leadership, decision execution, and day-to-day strategy implementation.

Both Hélias and Jauffret expressed their excitement for their new roles and the future of the partnership. Hélias highlighted the importance of stewardship, while Jauffret emphasized his commitment to driving the firm’s strategy forward for long-term growth and success.

The reshuffle in global leadership follows the appointment of James Gilbey as the new UK CEO in Forvis Mazars. These changes aim to strengthen the firm’s position in the global market and enhance its business operations.
