Corporate Development Analyst – Holistic Industries
Holistic Industries is on the lookout for a Corporate Development Analyst to join their team. This exciting new role will be part of the Corporate Development and Partnerships team, focusing on driving growth and strategic initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
As the Analyst, you’ll work closely with the Corporate Development team leadership to support all growth initiatives, both organic and inorganic. This role is new within the organization, offering high visibility, cross-functional opportunities, and direct reporting to a senior-level executive.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and other strategic projects. You’ll conduct thorough financial analysis, coordinate due diligence processes, and help build the business case for proposed transactions. You will also play a key role in transaction execution and post-transaction integration.
In addition to these responsibilities, you’ll prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership and business unit leaders. Your role will also involve managing and expanding brand partnerships, analyzing partnership performance, and providing insights and recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Operations and Accounting, to ensure data accuracy and project insights.
To be successful in this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in areas like Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Strategy. Strong financial modeling skills, investment analysis understanding, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should also have a knack for building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, along with strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
