In Boston, Kenyon Hall specializes in Securities Enforcement and Regulatory practice. She represents clients in investigation and enforcement proceedings by regulatory bodies such as the SEC and FINRA. Kenyon also handles employment disputes in arbitration.

Over in Century City, Ryan M. Hicks focuses on Private Equity. He assists private equity firms and both public and private companies with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. His expertise spans various industries, including entertainment, sports, media, and healthcare. Diana Ovsepian, also in Century City, specializes in Real Estate. She represents various entities in domestic and international real estate, hospitality, and finance transactions.
