Mintz provides counsel for cross-border M&A deal in Greater Asia Pacific

Mintz recently guided Greater Asia Pacific, a Hong Kong-based holding company, through a significant cross-border deal. The deal involved the sale of the controlling stake in Microtek Product Services Co. Ltd. to Centre Testing International Group Co., Ltd. (CTI), a publicly traded Chinese company specializing in lab testing.

Leading the transaction were San Francisco Office Managing Member Steve Osborn and Associate Jessica Zhang, with support from Members Rob Burwell and Tim Santoli. The Mintz team worked closely with the Chinese law firm KWM throughout the process.
