Big news from Holland & Knight! Tal Hacohen has joined their Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group as a partner in New York. Tal brings a wealth of experience working with top-notch domestic and multinational companies in various sectors like technology, life sciences, financial services, and energy.
Before coming on board at Holland & Knight, Tal was a partner at WilmerHale, where he handled strategic transactions of all types, from mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures and financings. He’s known for providing expert advice on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and more to boards of directors and other stakeholders.
In addition to his work with established companies, Tal has a passion for supporting early- and growth-stage businesses, with a special focus on Israeli tech companies. He plays a key role in helping these companies navigate the complex landscape of corporate law, fundraising, and overall business strategy.
