Peloton Appoints Tara Comonte as Board Director

Peloton has announced Tara Comonte as their newest board director. As of today, December 3rd, 2024, she officially joins the board and will serve through the 2025 Peloton Annual Meeting. Comonte is stepping into the role previously held by Jon Callaghan, who decided not to seek reelection. She will bring her expertise to the Audit Committee of the Board.

In addition to her role at Peloton, Tara Comonte is also on the board of WW International, Inc (Weight Watchers) and currently serves as interim CEO & President. Her impressive background includes experience as CEO and board member at TMRW Life Sciences, president & CFO at Shake Shack, and CFO at Getty Images Holdings and McCann Worldgroup.

The official announcement of Tara Comonte’s board appointment was made in a SEC filing released just yesterday. This development comes as Peter Stern is set to take on the role of Peloton CEO next month.
