Opponents of the City of Yes zoning provisions gathered outside Councilwoman Nantasha Williams’ office in St. Albans on Monday to voice their concerns. The City Council is set to discuss Mayor Adams’ housing legislation on Dec. 5.
Urban planner Paul Graziano, along with civic leaders and residents, including Community Board 12 Chairwoman Carlene Thorbs, led the rally urging lawmakers to reject the mayor’s City of Yes plan.
