The charges include securities fraud, wire fraud, and violation of SEC guidelines related to allegedly false statements in AGEL’s bond offering documents regarding anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies.
The Adani Group has refuted all allegations as unfounded and stated their intent to seek legal options to defend themselves. Despite negative reports, Adani clarified that no one from the group has been charged with any violations or conspiracy to obstruct justice.
